Green Smoothie

Smoothies can be a great way to get extra protein, fruits, and veggies.  Here's one of my favorites:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 pear
  • 15 grapes 
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp avocado
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice

Blend in blender to desired consistency.
